Check Point Locations
We currently have about 10 check point locations that we serve at weekly across the entire Charlotte Mecklenburg metro area.
We will have food drop off locations in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Greensboro, and Fayetteville ; with scheduled deliveries twice a day. The Check point locations are chosen based on their proximity to one of the major universities, and their demographic make up.
After School Meals/youth feedings
We hope to provide after school meals to several schools throughout the triangle. The schools will be chosen based on their proximity to one of the major universities, and their population of low income students.
We currently sponsor several youth mentorship programs across the city of Charlotte.
Mobile Food Bank
We Currently have a mobile food pantry. We serve all zip codes in Charlotte M-Th by appointment. For the rest of 2023 our mobile food bank will halt as we relaunch our mobile meals and mobile market programs.
We have had a food bank location since summer 2020. We aim to have a full-service location by fall 2024. This location will serve recycled food daily, and employ several homeless citizens year round.
We serve warm food to those in need every Sunday, over 400 meals served each month. We also serve warm clothes, and sanitation products. Our goal is to provide job resources in 2019
Hurricanes and other natural disasters cause unexpected homelessness each year. We serve the poorest communities in areas affected by hurricanes and other natural disasters.
We have 4 major charity drives/ initiatives each year, and several small events centered around raising donations/awareness on fighting chronic poverty in NC. We connect the community to the campus, to help get people out of chronic poverty.
Agape Love Program
Our way of giving back to families in need. We choose families/individuals in need and provide them with the resources needed to get out of poverty. We customize aid on a case by case basis
We deliver free hot meals, and supplies to those in need along the S.Tryon- N Tryon Corridor. Starting in Dillihey Courts and ending in South Side Homes Housing Projects.
