Did you know 20-25% of the homeless population has some form of a severe mental illness? This percentage is higher in people who are chronically homeless and women. Mental illness is one of the main factors that can lead to homelessness. We participated in the "Lets Talk About It Mental Awareness Walk". During this event, many organizations came together to support mental health awareness in the community. Check out this video to see more! Look out for us for more events/information this summer.
